I wanted to make something clean, with white background, and I ended up with stripes :) But the idea of blue, red and white remained (because of french flag) and here it is!

Wonderful page! I really like the blue as the accent color and that the black and white photo is the focal point of the page! The little butterfly and the lace trim were such nice touches!
