some pages

Here are some new pages I've recently made. Yes, I've been procrastinating a bit (not working on my design stuff...) but enjoying some new goodies or just scrapbooking for fun :)

First, I've created these two pages, using Papero Amo's april kit, containing some Basic Grey papers. The first one is about our mini road trip.

The second one is my FAVOURITE at the moment. I literally couldn't wait to share this page :D

This weekend I pulled out my NEW BIG SHOT ;) For weeks, I had this idea in my head - about creating a layout with background filled with shapes. I've seen it on various layouts, when people put stars or triangles all over the page and glue or even sew them on. I couldn't wait to make one  like that, using this awesome machine! Soo, I gathered the supplies and these dies:

                 

I've punched out LOTS of circles and some flowers (the small circles was punched by a die that comes with the machine):

I then spread them on my page and glued them on:

Added folded flower, some embellishments and - of course - a photo -and here's my page:

This Big Shot is so much fun to work with! I don't think I would ever have the patience to cut these circles out using just scissors! :D And I'm LOVING the folded flowers! There's more to come!

Ahojte! V posledných dňoch som scrapbooku nemohla odolať - takisto ani novému kitu od Papero Amo, plného samých krásnych papierov (Basic Grey) a iných vecí, z ktorého vzišli zatiaľ prvé dve dve stránky. Tá druhá s Pepsi je momentálne moja naj!

Na druhý layout som sa chystala už dosť dlho, veľmi sa mi páčia stránky s pozadím plným geometrických tvarov a nový BIG SHOT bol na tento projekt ako stvorený. Ja tú mašinu milujem! A to som bola zástancom nožníc a klasického vystrihávania! :)

Navyrezávala som si teda rôzne veľkosti kruhov, ktoré som poukladala na stránku a potom ich rôzne porozhadzovala a prilepila. Vyššie môžete vidieť dokončenú stránku - použila som ešte vyskladávané kvety, tie sú asi moje najobľúbenejšie zo všetkých rezacích šablón :)
