chocolate cake (the orignial italian recipe)
While living in Rome, I had a chance to try lots of traditional plates. It would be impossible to pick a favourite one. When it comes to desserts, it would still be impossible to pick one. I would hesitate between ice-cream (ooooooh!), bigné di San Giuseppe (mmmmmm), la crostata alla Nutella (!!!!!) ... and ... a cholocate cake! (O.M.G.)!
When I tried it for the first time I was like: "How is it even possible for something to taste THIS good?!" After more than five years, I've finally looked up the recipe and last Sunday me and my little brother prepared la torta tenerina :) Here it is (sorry for my english, my "cooking vocabulary" is quite poor, lol., and sorry for the photos: I wasn't going to share this until I tasted it :) )
